Problems within Working Environmental Conditions: Barriers within the course of Achievement of Professional Goals

Abstract: The individuals, belonging to all communities and socio-economic backgrounds, have one of the primary goals of getting engaged in employment opportunities. In all types of employment settings, all members, irrespective of their job positions in the hierarchy, need to be well-informed about job duties and methodologies to be implemented effectively. Furthermore, within working environmental conditions, various problems occur due to multiple factors. These are considered significant barriers to achieving professional goals. The different factors that influence these outcomes include job duties, methodologies, procedures, approaches, techniques, work pressure, inadequate implementation of skills and abilities, scarcity of financial, human, technical, material, and information resources, as well as a lack of infrastructure, amenities, and facilities, among others. The influence of these is experienced in a major or minor form. Hence, individuals are required to augment their information in terms of various factors necessary for overcoming barriers. Furthermore, these issues need to be prevented during the implementation of multiple job duties and responsibilities. Therefore, it is well understood that problems within working environmental conditions are barriers to achieving professional goals. The main concepts considered in this research paper are that problems within working ecological conditions are unfavourable for achieving professional goals, and solving these problems is vital for leading to progression.

Abstract: From the stage of early childhood, throughout the lives of the individuals, they need to emphasize augmenting different types of skills and abilities. These are put into operation by the individuals in their personal and professional lives. These are put into practice on one’s own or through working in collaboration and integration with others. One of the crucial aspects that needs to be considered is that positivity must be reinforced when implementing various skills and abilities. Individuals from all communities are expected to strike a balance between their personal and professional lives. In both personal and professional spheres, individuals are required to utilise various types of skills and abilities. Hence, the upgradation of these skills facilitates the adequate performance of one’s job duties and responsibilities, thereby achieving the desired goals and objectives. Furthermore, one will be able to meet the expectations of individuals within and outside the homes. Additionally, making an essential contribution by successfully carrying out various job duties is crucial. Furthermore, one will incur feelings of pleasure and contentment. Therefore, it is widely understood that enhancing skills and abilities is essential for strengthening overall living standards. The main concepts considered in this research paper are understanding the meaning and significance of augmenting skills and abilities, measures to be implemented in augmenting skills and abilities, and the importance of augmenting skills and abilities in promoting the enhancement of living conditions.

Understanding the Institution of Marriage

Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of the institution of marriage. This is regarded as an essential institution to which individuals are required to belong, encompassing all communities, categories, and socio-economic backgrounds. Individuals typically have the primary objective of making this institution successful. For this purpose, they are required to consider various factors, such as communicating politely and decently with others, treating each other with respect and courtesy, providing factual information, and exhibiting traits of helpfulness and cooperation. These are regarded as essential in reinforcing cordiality and amiability in terms and relationships. The members of the family within marital homes need to ensure that they form positive viewpoints on various factors. Furthermore, they need to reinforce clarity of mind. One of the crucial aspects that needs to be taken into account is that one should not harbour any negative feelings towards each other. Additionally, one needs to be well-informed about peaceful conflict resolution methods. These are necessary in creating peaceful environmental conditions within homes. Therefore, through acknowledging and implementing certain factors, the institution of marriage will be successful. The primary concepts examined in this research paper are the understanding of the meaning and significance of the institution of marriage, measures to be implemented for making the institution successful, and the advantages of achieving this success.

The ascendancy of English films, driven by global cinematic trends and digital accessibility, has spurred a creative renaissance, fostering cross-cultural narratives and reshaping storytelling techniques. The study examines the dynamic shift in distribution and exhibition patterns, with English films competing with traditional regional cinema in both theatres and digital platforms. The evolving audience preferences, characterised by a heightened demand for high-production English-language films, present both opportunities and challenges. While opening avenues for international collaborations and global recognition, the dominance of English films raises concerns about the potential overshadowing of regional cinema. The outlook highlights the industry’s need to strike a delicate balance, leveraging global opportunities while preserving the diverse landscape of regional cinema, thereby ensuring a harmonious blend of worldwide appeal and cultural authenticity.

Abstract: The controversy surrounding the recognition and embrace of the LGBTQIA+ community is not unique to India. Despite the legalization of homosexuality in 2018, discrimination and marginalization against LGBTQIA+ individuals persist in Indian society, especially within religious circles. Therefore, this research aims to examine the representation of LGBTQIA+ individuals in Hindu, Islamic, and Christian religious texts, employing comparative analysis methods to identify patterns and differences in the portrayal of LGBTQIA+ people in religious literature. Given the social and legal issues faced by the LGBTQIA+ community in India, it is essential to understand the root causes of prejudice and intolerance towards this group. Religious thoughts, expressions of faith and religious observances significantly influence societal perceptions of LGBTQIA+ individuals. Hence, this study involves a qualitative analysis of relevant religious texts, focusing on themes, metaphors, and attitudes towards non-heterosexual and homosexual identities. The research findings will provide insights into the convergence of religion and LGBTQIA+ identities in India, and may suggest ways to promote inclusion and tolerance towards this community.
