Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to acquire an efficient understanding of organizational culture. The members, belonging to all job positions in the organisation’s hierarchy, are required to be well-informed in terms of techniques, which would lead to the enhancement of organisational culture. The upgradation of organisational culture is regarded as of utmost significance in promoting the well-being and goodwill of human resources and the overall organisation. All members are required to put into practice their tasks and activities by the norms, values, standards, and principles. Furthermore, they are necessary to inculcate the traits of morality, ethics, diligence and conscientiousness. These are essential for performing well in one’s job duties, achieving desired goals and objectives, and meeting the expectations of individuals in leadership positions. Furthermore, all members are required to be well-informed about the factors that they need to exhibit to display traits of helpfulness and cooperation. Additionally, one needs to possess an approachable nature and an amiable demeanour. Within all types of employment settings, organisational culture facilitates the formation of cordial and amiable relationships among employees. In this manner, one will obtain help and assistance available from others in carrying out all types of tasks and activities in a well-ordered and satisfactory manner. Therefore, it is well understood that enhancing organisational culture is vital in leading to the progression of human resources and organisations. The main concepts considered in this research paper are understanding the meaning and significance of organisational culture, measures to be implemented for enhancing organisational culture, and the advantages of promoting the enhancement of organisational culture.
